I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Navan (New York, NY) in Feb 2024
Interview
It was great, easy, very straightforward and an easy guideline to follow. Spoke with 3 different people on 3 separate occasions. Very practical and expected but I recommend doing research on the company before.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Navan (New York, NY) in Sep 2023
Interview
Typical 3 part interview, phone screening, interview with managers, interview with colleagues. A lot of sales questions and situational questions. Not difficult if you’re familiar with sales. I accepted but didn’t stay for long.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Navan (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
Overall an easy interview process but no idea what they’re looking for. Received a generic rejection letter with no explanation.
1.) 30min call with a recruiter where they ask about your background/previous metrics.
2.) 45min call with a director
3.) 30min call with a VP where he tries to understand your background and personality (very casual) and 30mins with a peer where you can ask more about the day to day
4.) didn’t progress to final stage which would’ve been some sort of assignment
