20 minute - Phone Interview. Four 30 minute in-person and video interview with mock call. 30 minute interview with CRO. Straightforward interview process. Couple miscommunication errors with scheduling for people on the West coast, but rescheduling was a breeze and the company is growing so fast there are some understandable growing pains.

Fairly standard interview process. I applied through Linkedin and a recruiter reached out to me a few days later. I had one phone screening with the recruiter, and then another screening with a current SDR. Next I was invited to an in-person interview where I spoke with a sales director and two current SDRs. After that I was offered the position. Throughout, the interviews were pretty conversational and relaxed. I never felt I was being grilled or probed excessively. I also appreciate they took a genuine interest in my background and experience and were open to getting to know me holistically.
