First round was a 30 minute phone interview followed by a 2 hour on site interview with 5 people. They were looking for VERY qualified individuals and seemed to have already made a decision before the second interview started. The process moved quickly. They gave me an answer 2 days later.

Wait in the front office, then go into interview room where a board of employees interview you asking various questions. Then they ask you if you have any questions for them before leaving.

Interview
Phone interview lasted 15-20 min. Hiring manager asked me about my engineering skills, strengths and weaknesses. He asked me about the projects I am working on at school. He also asked if I know how to take measurements and use certain engineering tools. Got an offer for employment within 2 weeks.
