Met them at the fair and a few weeks later I had an onsite interview. I had a lab tour and a plant tour that took up half the day. Then had lunch with two engineers who also showed me around Kearney, NE. After lunch I had two panel interviews and they both lasted about 45 minutes each. They asked basic questions about resume and wanted to know more about me. They talked a bit about the positon and the resposibilities for the position. Lastly, they gave me a chance to ask questions. They said they would get back to me in 2-3 weeks. After that I had an interivew with HR, she asked basic admin questions. She also asked about salary and I confidently asked for 65K as I had a masters degree. Its been 3 months now and I still havent heard from them. Honestly I do not think they are willing to pay this salary, i think their range is around 60K or less. This was the main reason i didnt get an offer. With the cost of living in kearney, NE so high, parker doesnt do a good job pay wise. I ended up getting a much better offer elsewhere. I really like the inside of the buliding, very nicely done, good cafeteria and food.

The interview process consisted of three parts: the initial phone interview with HR, a technical interview with one of the managers, and an on-site panel interview. The panel interview was fairly straight forward and it was mostly aimed at understanding my experience and my personality (if I was a good fit).
