Phone interview, basic situational and personality question. First interview was a laid back conversation asking about past experiences with difficult people, an achievement I'm proud of, etc make sure you've tested the place you will have an interview if it's over the phone, make sure they can hear you well and you don't get distracted.

It was straight forward where they asked you a few behavioral questions. The appointment date ended up being pushed back more and more. There weren't any technical questions. The person interviewing me was nice, he seemed kind of tired though.
