I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Parker Hannifin (Naples, FL) in Feb 2013
Interview
Very straight forward interview, questions included previous work experience, schooling and personal interests. None of the questions were too technical but I did need to provide detailed examples of my projects at previous jobs and with their outcomes. Interviewer gave a great impression of how the facility is run and what they expect out of their engineers.
I was asked quite a bit of technical questions regarding process improvements and RCCA experience. Asked a lot about experience in how to balance work load under pressure. Being able to work with others was huge; seeing how to fit in with the team.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Parker Hannifin (Moncks Corner, SC) in Mar 2022
Interview
Initial interview was via phone. Phone interview was very high level about the position. Onsite interview included a shop floor tour and panel style interview afterwards. No super technical questions more situational type questions.
