I was required to submit an application form which asked general questions like 'what most appeals to you about our graduate scheme' etc. Shortly after submitting my application I was asked to conduct a telephone interview. The interviewer was great and made me feel really relaxed and at ease which helped me answer the questions to the best of my ability. A little while after my telephone interview I was invited to attend an assessment centre. Having never been to an assessment centre before, I was initially a bit nervous but the people were great and they helped make the day a surprisingly enjoyable experience! The assessment centre was made up of a 1-1 interview, a short presentation and a group exercise. I wasn't really asked any difficult technical questions during the day.
