Il colloquio è stato interessante, le persone che hanno gestito l'intervista mi hanno messo fin da subito a mio agio. Ci sono state domande sia da parte loro che da parte mia. Le domande sono state le classiche sulla motivazione che mi ha spinto a candidarmi, sul perché avessi scelto proprio questo ruolo. Domande sulla distanza dal posto di lavoro. Mi è stata fatta una panoramica sull'azienda e mi è stato mostrato lo stabilimento produttivo, accompagnandomi nei vari reparti di produzione e spiegandomi i vari processi produttivi. Non è seguita poi una offerta di lavoro

Got called for an initial screening and everything went well, set up an interview for two days in the future. First interview went really well. Seemed like they liked me for the position, HR rep said they would call me either way on that Thursday. No call came by Friday afternoon so I sent an email following up. Said they were busy and would call on Monday. Monday came and they said that someone internal took a position that I applied for and that they wanted me to interview with another department. So I set up an interview the next day. The second interview was very unorganized. Someone arrived 5 minutes late to the call and asked me to start over. The hiring manager had several interruptions during the interview to include a family member arguing with them during the interview. The HR rep left the interview early and said he would follow-up with me later that afternoon. I was asked a total of three questions and then they ended the interview. No call the next day and then a week and a half later I received an email with a generic rejection statement as if I didn't even get an interview. Completely turned me off to this company.
