I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Parker Hannifin (Irvine, CA)
Interview
Lengthy process. Applied online and received an email from Parker recruiter a couple of weeks later. After phone screening, had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Phone interview was basic questions about background. On-site interview was scheduled a few weeks later. Panel interview with 7 people from different departments, behavioral questions and technical questions. Friendly team but if you are not prepared, be ready to bomb the interview. Personally interview went really well, but they give priority to internal applicants.

Question 1
Talk about a situation that you were under pressure.
Pretty standard , it starts with a GD round... you get tested on technical topics, project work, role, ambition , what is the ideal description of a good leader and so on

Interview
Once you get through the phone interviews they bring a group of candidates in and you are interviewed with multiple rounds with several sessions. 10-30 candidates are interviewed together. Overall it is a pretty easy process, just a long day.

Interview
Completely unprofessional. Was given interview in the morning. Day of interview I'm waiting for their call and the time they gave me passes. Ten minutes later they say they became too busy and need to reschedule. They said they would email me later to set something up. Never heard anything back. Complete waste of my time. Honestly tells me a lot about their company.
