Panel interview with all behavioral questions. The panel consisted of HR, the plant manager, and 2 line leads. Questions were asked round robin, all scripted. No follow ups that were on script, no responses to any answers given. Follow up came 3 weeks later, with a simple email saying we've moved forward with other candidates - no further comments.
