I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Parker Hannifin (Fareham, England) in Nov 2021
Interview
The interview was typical of a manufacturing engineer interview. I was interviewed first over the phone with the hiring manager. I then had a face-to-face interview on site with the hiring manager and a member of the HR team. We covered the usual reasons for moving, previous experience, knowledge of the company, as well as tapping into some of my key attributes to bring to the team and areas that I wish to develop. Overall the interview process was pleasant and gave me a good insight into the role and the company.

Question 1
What challenges have you faced and how did you address them.
I was asked quite a bit of technical questions regarding process improvements and RCCA experience. Asked a lot about experience in how to balance work load under pressure. Being able to work with others was huge; seeing how to fit in with the team.
