I started as a temp and it took almost two years to get hired. The interview was easy. I first interviewed with two managers and then had a second interview with two other managers. After I left, I received an offer right away (which I knew I would); I was not planning on staying very long as my contract terms were to be set at 6-8 weeks, but they were drawn out to the point where I got absolutely no benefits and wasted two years of my work time on this company when I could have been hired somewhere else.
