Parker Hannifin interview questions

I started as a temp and it took almost two years to get hired. The interview was easy. I first interviewed with two managers and then had a second interview with two other managers. After I left, I received an offer right away (which I knew I would); I was not planning on staying very long as my contract terms were to be set at 6-8 weeks, but they were drawn out to the point where I got absolutely no benefits and wasted two years of my work time on this company when I could have been hired somewhere else.

Interviewed by a panel of 3 quality engineers and the division quality manager. The process has changed recently, with production getting to choose the quality tech's with very little input from the quality engineer they will be reporting to.
