Interview
1st stage- Screening interview with HR to confirm general competencies
2nd stage- 1hr interview with graduate on program confirm ambitions, few behavioural questions
3rd stage- 1hr interview with senior leader. Mix of both behavioural questions and technical questions. Understanding of supply chain management, lean metrics and
4th stage- Full day interview. 3 x45mim interviews with senior lead and two team based activities
Consisted of four rounds of interviews; one with a current graduate, a manager, a senior in the company, and then a full day interview with VP's of the company. All were virtual.
Several interview sessions:
1. HR screening (30 min) - To see how you fit in the HPC
2. Interview with current graduate (1h) - To see how you fit into the program
3. Technical Interview with site manager (1h) - To see if you have the knowledge and skills to succeed.
4. Final Round - (7h) - consisted of 3 separate 45min interviews with two Senior Executives each time. After the interviews there was a 1h long case study to work through and then present the results in front of the group.
