Phone interview mainly about managing co-workers, expertise etc. around March 2013. Onsite interview in April 2013 at LA. Three rounds of technical interview. I later on knew that the interviews were 'rigged' as they knew who they are gonna hire, based on CVs. Technical interviews were a breeze. No tough cookies. Just describing your projects.
