3-step process: 1. Initial HR Phone screening (15 - 30 min) 2. Current Graduate Program Phone Interview (1hr) 3. Extensive on-site interview. Includes case studies, and 5 rounds of 45min interviews with Corporate Leadership

Two phone interviews in total. The first one is from HR asking easy questions about your resume. And A week later was passed on to a project manager. Mostly behavior questions.
