I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Parker Meggitt in Apr 2015
Interview
Very relaxed yet professional, covered some technical aspects as well as personality questions. Technical questions included a scrub of my resume and the software tools I was fluent in. Basic behavioral questions regarding work ethic, "what would you do if...", etc.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Parker Meggitt in May 2017
Interview
I received the phone call from a recruiter, who sent me a deny 'not selected' email seven days prior, saying there is a new job posting since last time I applied and my resume has been "flying around," and she would like to schedule a phone interview. I returned the call but never heard back, and I reached out but still, I didn't hear back. Then, one day I received a phone call from the same recruiter, and when I picked up, she hung up right away. Then, she called back in few minute. Politely exchanged conversations, I was scheduled for a phone interview next day, but I did not have one because nobody called nor an explanation email to reschedule.
It was quite a disappointing experience. I'm sorry to say I won't be applying again for your company.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Parker Meggitt (Coventry, Engeland) in Jan 2017
Interview
Seemed disorganised and was rejected position due to lack of experience when not questioned about relevant experience.
Interviewer didn't seem to understand whether they had the ability to actually recruit for the position or not.
The company itself looks great and would be wonderful to work for however suspect middle management there may need a review/empowerment.
