1) Email regarding a Phone Interview 2) In Person Interview with hiring managers and I was asked about background with aerospace composites 3) offer was given Total work time to get hired took about 3-4 weeks

Applied for job online. Was then invite for interview just a few weeks later. Had a phone call and then an invite for a face to face interview. Attended interview with a Panel and was asked several competency questions - all happened within a few weeks
