Interview
I applied online via an advert found on Linkedin. I have applied directly via their website.
I received the notification that I was selected for interview, via email one month after applying. But the experience is mainly negative.
I have not spoken with anyone during the process and they asked me to do a Hirevue interview. Basically I was responding to questions with a ticking 2 minutes timer, not talking directly to anyone but recording my answer. It is usually an assessment used for high volume recruitment or graduates scheme, so it was shocking to see this used for an experienced role, in talent acquisition no less.
I don't do well in pre-recorded scenarios, I prefer to engage with an audience, I would expect a screening call to be on the phone with a person, where you can interact, and ask questions about the team, the role and the company.
Overall a very poor candidate experience, I expected more from this company. Very unprofessional.
