Penguin Random House interview questions

1st interview with HR, 2nd interview is 45min-1 hr with design team leads, if you pass, there's a 3rd interview with the design director before making the final decision. Took awhile to hear back on whether or not I got the role.

The interview was three rounds, one with the agency that arranged it, one with my direct supervisor, and the next with the head of communications. The questions were direct and specifically related to the day to day function of the job.
