Penguin Random House interview questions

I applied online with a resume and cover letter. I then had a phone interview with a Director. Following that, I had an in-person interview with the Director and two additional Publicity/Marketing Directors. After that, I had an interview with the Director and Communications VP. And finally, I had to create a publicity outline for a book of my choosing (I was given three books to choose from).

I was contacted by HR to schedule a 1 hr interview with the Manager and VP of operations. Questions will be mainly situation-based and less technical. Read about the company and its culture.
