I applied online. I interviewed at Penguin Random House in Sep 2020
Interview
I have been in three consecutive interview processes in the last 6 months at PRH for Publicity Assistant roles. 2 out of the 3 roles had a writing diagnostics portion/ sample tasks day in the final stage (I'm assuming for the final top two candidates since I was notified I was for the first two jobs), there can be LONG waiting times which is unfortunately very frustrating but I think could depend on who the HR recruiter is for the role, it just so happened I had the same recruiter/ HR manager for all three roles.

Interview
I applied online about two weeks with no response. I was then emailed for a screening interview that was a total of 5 minutes. Then met via zoom with two managers of the imprints I would work for.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Penguin Random House in Jan 2021
Interview
Fairly simple. I was contacted for an interview within days of submitting my application. I take it it was due to my internal connection. I had a brief phone interview with an HR representative and was contacted for a panel interview with two managers.
