Penguin Random House Middleweight Designer interview questions

Applied online, had a response within 2 days inviting me to meet the head of design. We had an informal chat and look through my portfolio. I was then invited to a formal interview with head of design and someone from HR. After about a week, I was invited to another interview with the head of design and a more senior member of the team, and had to complete some work ahead of the interview to present to them.
