Very difficult to get past the next hiring process level even if you have a referral from a current employee. I have continuously applied with no luck. They are pretty quick with responding to you if you have been declined or not
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Philips (Alpharetta, GA) in Jul 2019
Interview
There was 3 interviews set. The first one was over the phone to go over résumé. The second was completed via webcam where they went a bit deeper about my skills and experience. They also explained the position and the company. The final interview occurred 2 weeks later. It was 45 minutes long. By the time I made it home I received an offer.

Contacted by HR and went over my resume and my qualifications, then I was told I would be contacted by the hiring manager. A week or two later I had my second over the phone interview and went over in depth with hiring manager as well as another senior account manager. A week or so later I was made an offer.
