I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Philips (Amsterdam) in Feb 2012
Interview
I first had a phone interview with general questions about how I work and what I do, what I could bring to the table. I think this was mostly to check the level of English if not a native speaker.
The second interview was a face to face discussion with the hiring manager and another manager from another team. It was very friendly and informal.
