I sent in the application and successfully passed the initial screening process. After that stage was completed, they asked me to complete a HireVue interview along with an additional assessment as part of the next steps.
Okay, the HireVue interview was interesting. Consisted of 4 questions about competencies and skills. There were questions about handling feedback, what you would do in certain situations etc. The games included numerosity and shapedance.
