first wold be an application form and a Phone interview, and if you were successful followed by a face to face interview and then there will be a senior manager interview

My interview process was smooth and painless. I went through a one-on-one phone screen and a skype conference call with a few directors and managers. Both my interviews stayed pretty high level.
