RSA Security interview questions

1. 2 phone interviews - with recruiter and reporting manager. 2. F2F interview - presenting home assignment (preparing a deck on the industry). 2 people asking questions (acting as a customer). 3. HR interview 4. Director level interview

It was easy but don't know how they are selecting the students actually , some one who answered everything don't ge selected and some panelist don't even ask anything don't know how it works basically.
