RX interview questions

I had the first round with the HR person. It was a fairly straightforward interview. However they implied they will get back within a week with the update for the next steps. There was no feedback. When I followed up again no response whatsoever. A reputable company should train their HR personnels to help with candidates have a positive experience, Irrespective if the job is offered or not.

When I received the initial request I was away on holiday. They accommodated my return dates. However, by the time I was able to interview it appeared they were already set on the person they'd like to select.
