I applied via website and got an invite to take the test to reveal personality and cognitive abilities. After I was invited to the second round with the TA and a hiring manager. Interview went nice since both of them were polite and calm - it was about an hour.I had enough time to prepare between test and an interview. The third interview was in the HQ, but I was rejected.
