Applied online and was called in for an interview. I was not told this would be a long group interview. This was a group interview scheduled for five people. One didn't show. Two were ten minute late. Me and one other guy were early. One of the candidates announced to the group that he found out this job has been sitting on the job board for about eight months. Upon being rejected for this job and the male operations manager sending my resume to IT, I learned that he is probably picky on who he wants on his team. He told me he didn't want me on my team because he wants people who want to be terminal and be on in customer service as a career. He also stereotyped me saying I wasn't suited for the job because I have an IT personality. The operations manager said then he will continue to do more group interviews with people. I have a college degree and one other candidate there had a college degree too. The other candidate there said he wanted to go into journalism and that this wasn't his career either. I am not sure, but I think he sitll may have been offered a position at their call center. If you feel like wasting two hours of your life and being punctual for your interview only to be shot down by the false pretense of a caring manager, then go right ahead. A majority of the twenty workers are young females, so if you are a young pretty female you probably have a good chance of getting hired.
