Interview
The interview was about 45 minutes and it was focused mainly on discussing my motivation to join Rabobank, what I could bring to their team etc. The one interviewer was really nice and enthusiastic, but the other one seemed like he was bored and not paying attention to the conversation from the very first moment. For example, he asked me the same question that his colleague asked me 10 min ago, and he was constantly looking on the floor or outside the window. After 10 days they replied that I was not promoted to the next round because my technical skills were not strong enough - however they did not ask anything technical during the interview. In conclusion, the one interviewer was really strange and the feedback they gave was not realistic/honest.

Interview
Directly called by one of their employees, then a technical round and then two more round to come, technical round was 2,5 hours live coding not necessarily easy when you have to make calls to their api resources when you don’t have a bank laptop
First round is dynamic matrigma quiz and 2 personality tests to evaluate your core beliefs and how you work in a team. Doable just practice a few tests online. Next 2 rounds are interviews with HR and team.

Applied online, filled in CV and also cover letter boxes. The recruiter reached out after around 7 days and invited to the first interview. The interview was remote. They asked about my motivation and experience
