Randstad Business Development Manager interview questions

First, I had a phone screen interview by a remotely-located recruiter, then I met with the Office Manager, followed a week later by a panel interview. They get your hopes up, saying everything during the interview process went well, and then they don't respond to subsequent requests for feedback about whether you are hired. Very rude and unprofessional.
