I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Randstad (Winston-Salem, NC) in Aug 2014
Interview
I was contacted by an administrative assistant at the Randstad office to let me know there was an opening for a CSR position at a local business. I agreed to come in to the work site, and the following week I met with a recruiter who asked me about my previous work experience as well as my educational background. From there she gave me a paper test of common knowledge questions associated with the role. I was then made an offer and took the remaining time to complete paperwork
I applied online. I interviewed at Randstad (Cleveland, TN) in Jun 2014
Interview
Was invited to a "career fair." Showed up for interview and was told they couldn't find me anything because I was "overqualified." They said they only pay $8-$10 an hour. They tried to tell me to go apply where they pay more money. However I had already heard of that place and was not interested. They did not offer to test my skills or anything. It was a very unhelpful temp service.
