Randstad HR interview questions

Very confusing, messed process. After having a phone Interview with someone from Quebec province, even though was applying for the position in Toronto, was promised to get contacted regarding the position I applied for, never got a call back. Contacted them myself, got a phone interview arrangement with the recruiter from Toronto, we agreed about time and everything, was waiting for a call, never received it. Left a voicemail, was waiting to be contacted by my interviewer, never got a call back. I am not even saying about simple apology or explanation why it happened. Suddenly got invitation for a face-to-face Interview in Toronto Branch. The post-interview process just added humiliation to my situation, I was trying to reach my interviewers, trying to get a feedback, was promised to be contacted...but guess what? It never happened.
