Randstad Inbound Call Center-Aon Hewitt interview questions

I could not be more disappointed in this company. They made me a contingent offer, based on my background check coming back clean, which I know it did. No one here seems able to return a call, which is the minimum level of professionalism I expect and they couldn't even manage that. In the management class I took, I was told that you should treat your employees like your best customer. Clearly, the management at this company was sick that day. Makes you wonder how they treat their clients.
