Randstad Senior Recruiter interview questions

The interview process was quite quick, there was a first stage interview asking about motivations, background experiences, then there was an assessment, with interviewing and sourcing involved. We had a last round where the possible future TL-s were present, and we had an interactive discussion. I could ask all my questions.

Call with recruiter- phone Video call with another member of the team. I have done 2 rounds and then radio silence. Asked for an update and was told I had to wait another week for the Hiring Manager to come back from annual leave nd now it has been a month since my last interview and no update. Very unprofessional
