I applied online. I interviewed at Renault Group (Dublin, Dublin) in Jul 2017
Interview
Assessment Day, including interview, role play and presentation. I travelled to Dublin for this full day assessment centre and prepared a presentation in advance. In total there were 4 people at the assessment centre. They gave no feedback on the day and said someone who be in touch within a couple of weeks. I felt it went relatively ok. After 3 weeks I heard nothing and sent a follow up email. I got no response and never received any sort of communication or feedback. Extremely disorganised and unprofessional interview process.

Question 1
How would you get a dealership, who predominantly sells mid-luxury cars to sell Dacia cars?
Hello and thank you for taking the time to post your review of the assessment day you attended in July 2017.
I'm so sorry to learn that you never received any feedback from the centre. Having joined as a graduate trainee myself I do appreciate that waiting for news can be nerve racking and not getting any response is very frustrating. Your experience falls far short of what we would hope to offer any candidate and I have shared your comments with the team responsible for managing these recruitment centres to ensure there isn't a repeat. Thanks again for sharing. DI
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Renault Group (Valladolid) in Dec 2016
Interview
The interview was not technical at all. Focused mainly on the way to work and the attiutude towards the company. English exam and psyco-technical also. Most of the interview was them talking about the post.
