I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Renault Group (Guyancourt)
Interview
I had to pass several interviews with many managers in Guyancourt, plut the toefl test in Plessis Robinsons.
Apparently all the managers agreed to hide me sending me a mail writing that they validated my candidature, and I got the max from the toefl. Nevertheless, the last interview was with a consultant hr who had a bad feedback. From my side nothing special happened during such interview, usual questions like 'what you want to do in X years?'.
It looks very weird to me that a good prospect validated by the top managers is not hired at the end for 20 minutes interview with a subaltern hr.
I kindly asked for a motivation to the hr director, but the guy was of course never reachable, except when some months later he himself called me to propose the same job. Very unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Renault Group (Londen, Engeland) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview options were skype or over the phone. The interviewer was very welcoming and helpful. She asked a variety of general questions about skills and experiences, followed by job-specific questions. The interview took around 30 minutes to complete.
