2 Steps: The interview is basically divided into two parts, a first part is cognitive in which you try to understand if the candidate may have the qualities and the path suitable for the position required. The second part is a more "technical" interview in which we try to understand the skills and competencies of the candidate based on the course of study and previous professional experience.
