Reply interview questions

There are 3 interviews, but I had only 1 interview. They are asking many questions related to risk management. Kind of difficult, but they are expecting the candidate to answer based on the company's needs. They do not want theoretical answers because they are no use to them, but most people have nothing more when they are applying for the job.

Interview process straight forward. First a telephone interview followed by face to face with partner. Questions involved past experience and general scenario based Qs such as how do you deal with a dificult colleague.
