Interview process id divided into 4 steps: 1) presentation call: about me, my experience etc 2) Skype technical call: about my projects, my skills and so on 3) interview with a senior manager: about me, my life, my expectations 4) HR interview: a psicological interview about me and my personality

A phone contact with first line manager at the first step in order to meet each other business commitments. Firstly they told me company organization, then the position requested. After this I had to tell my experience, my current position, the seek for change reasons, salary level. Then there was time for my questions on : company outlook, position duties, benefits offered.
