I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Revolut in Aug 2025
Interview
Revolut - Interviewer lacks professional corporate culture.
- The interview process consists of an excessive number of stages. A seven-level process is extremely long and feels more like a vetting process for a network marketing company than a professional hiring process for a market-leading fintech.
- During the so-called "Cultural Fit" interview, the questions were generic and had no relevance to the actual skills required for the role.
- The interviewer was unprofessional and seemed surprised that I applied to a fintech company without prior industry experience, even though a quick check of his own background revealed he also came from a completely different industry (selling electric cars and third-party services). This highlighted a low level of corporate culture and a significant lack of professional standards.
- The entire process felt disjointed and did not inspire confidence in the company's ability to hire or manage effectively.
