The company seems to only care about the KPIs you deliver and not much about people: they keep telling in each interview how you're likely to get fired if you don't deliver results each quarter. AFAIC, it goes without saying that you should deliver but they could share a more inclusive environment where they invest in the person's abilities and see their real worth instead of treating them like a robot. I believe they have a strong mission/vision but there seems to be lacking career development plans and caring about what the employee wants. It doesn't seem like a healthy environment to work in and the company culture seems weak as most employees work remotely. Short and fast interview process (3 interviews of 30 min each). Not enough time to show all your potential and ask your questions. The HR and Sales team was professional. Salary and perks are good.

Recibí un email al día siguiente de enviar el CV, la primera entrevista es con recursos humanos, la mujer es británica por lo que el nivel de Inglés es importante para esta entrevista.
Dura unos 20 minutos, te da contexto sobre la empresa y después pasa a las preguntas.
Ofrecen 34-43k para el puesto de Account Executive, home office y posibilidad de ir a un coworking en bcn o oficina en Madrid.

Interview
- Entretien de 15min avec une chargée de recrutement : présentation du poste uniquement et test du niveau d'anglais, elle n'a fait que parler, m'a présenté le poste et m'a dit "si tu n'es pas intéressé dis le moi directement comme ça on ne perd pas de temps"
- Entretien avec un Sales manager très brouillon de 15min qui était booké pour 30 min normalement : le manager semblait très pressé et m'a posé 2 questions, était désintéressé, comme s'il était obligé de faire l'entretien, durant l'entretien il répondait même à ses équipes par slack
- 2ème entretien avec un autre Sales manager de 30min : beaucoup plus professionnel mais mettait une énorme distance, il voulait vraisemblablement des commerciaux très requins avec déjà une expérience dans la finance
L'entretien dépend beaucoup du manager ce qui prouve que l'entreprise n'a pas vraiment de processus de recrutement uniformisé. C'était très désorganisé mais rapide.
