I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Barcelona) in Aug 2025
Interview
I went through 4 stages of inthe terviews successfully - the HR, 2 sales managers' calls, and final hiring manager's stage, and received a positive answer after each of them in 24h period. After receiving the last positive reply, I have received a generic email saying they didn't proceed with me. Given the stage I was at, this was handled badly and the HR didn't have more information due to their junior status.
The last interview was with the hiring manager who was late, didn't speak professionally, and left an overall impression of the company as a typical "sales bro".
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Londen, Engeland) in Nov 2025
Interview
Screen interview and cultural interview. The cultural interview wasn't a cultural fit talk at all, the guy (sales director) started off by saying this will take max 15 minutes, asked 2 questions and that was it. He was probably the least carismatic person I have ever interviewed with in my life. Just answered "alright" after each of my answers. Terrible advertisement of Revolut and I knew already then that I didn't want to work there. Extremely unprofessional. He clearly didn't want to be there. The fact that this person is managing people scares me.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut in Oct 2025
Interview
There are some rumors that this company has a toxic culture, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. In fact, I’ve had one of the best hiring experiences of my career here.
The process was transparent and straightforward: from the first interview to the offer, everything took about two weeks. I received feedback the same day or the next, and I always knew what to expect and how to prepare for each step.
The onboarding process was also very well organised. I didn’t run into a single technical or access issue, everything was smooth from day one.
Some candidates might confuse honesty with toxicity, but in reality, this company values open communication. You always know what’s expected of you, and that clarity makes working here much easier.
