I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Londen, Engeland) in Nov 2021
Interview
The process was smooth and the recruiters were nice. I had a couple of good interviews until I had one interview in which the interviewer was clearly not prepared, his attitude was really negative and he talked over you, it came back inconclusive so I had another interview. This last interview was by far the worst, the question asked didn't make any sense at all and the interviewer did not facilitate absolutely anything. Overall a very bad experience for a company with an already bad reputation regarding their culture.

Question 1
Case: We need to hire more people than we are currently hiring, how would you fix it?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Revolut (Londen, Engeland) in Oct 2018
Interview
Professional, friendly, structured. The manager was prepared and asked me a set of good questioners which I managed to answer easily but the questions were semi difficult. I liked the workplace and found offices trendy.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Revolut (Londen, Engeland) in Mar 2021
Interview
1) Call with HR which was very rushed. Seemed as if they were hired the day before and reading off a teleprompter. The recruiter didn't even know which office this role was for.
She was happy with the interview and said "Can you do the next interview tomorrow as you don't have a job right now so you should be free". I said yeah sure but emailed later to cancel as I read about the culture.
