Revolut Data Scientist interview questions

I was contacted by the HR team at Revolut through LinkedIn, and I was excited to proceed with the interview process. Here's a breakdown of my experience: 1. Initial Screening Call: I had a phone call with the HR representative where they asked me some straightforward questions about my background and my motivation for joining Revolut. 2. Live Coding: The next stage involved a coding challenge focused on Binary Trees and dynamic programming. The questions were sourced from LeetCode, providing a practical test of my coding abilities. 3. Basic Machine Learning Interview: This phase assessed my understanding of calculus, probability, and various machine learning algorithms. I felt confident throughout the entire interview process, easily answering questions and completing tasks with ease. The HR team even assured me that I would have the opportunity to choose the team I wanted to join, which further fueled my excitement. However, I received disappointing news later on. Revolut informed me that the position I had applied for was unexpectedly closed. This news was disheartening since I had a genuine desire to be part of the company. It left me with a sense of disappointment, and I couldn't help but feel that the decision not to consider my candidacy, despite successfully completing all the interviews, was somewhat unfair.
