Uncoordinated, unprofessional and stinks of a toxic culture.
One meeting with a recruiter and two seperate 30 minute calls with sales managers, both whom were unable to explain the role in any detail to me . The first interviewer came across as though he hated the job and the company, he couldn't hide it. The second had a condescending arrogant tone throughout.

It was quick and good, and the interviewers were easy-going. The question for the first interview was about the experience, and they explained the role very well, experience and job desk, but there are several rounds for the interview

HR très perdue. C'est évident qu'il y'a un gros turnover. Ceux qui font passé les entretiens sont différents sales manager et senior qui ont pas que ça à faire et ça se voit.
The Revolut interview process was quite structured and performance-oriented. It included multiple stages focused on commercial mindset, communication skills, sales scenarios, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
There was a strong emphasis on ownership, adaptability, KPI-driven performance, and problem-solving. The process reflected the company culture very well — high standards, fast execution, and strong focus on results and scalability.
