Fui contatado por uma recrutadora no linkedin, e iniciei o processo seletivo, marcamos uma call em inglês, basicamente a recrutadora falou mais rápido que novela ou filme ou video no youtube que você possa assistir em inglês, parecia um teste de fogo, mesmo assim consegui entender as perguntas por ja estar fazendo aula de inglês a mais de 3 anos consegui me virar nos 30, foram feitas perguntas bem nada a ver, pois só lendo meu currículo ja daria para respondê-las.

Question 1
O que é ACID?, se já trabalhei com multithreads, quanto tempo de Java eu tinha(tem no currículo :) ) se eu já tinha trabalhado sem o framework Spring, pediu onde eu morava, e depois deu uma palestrinha sobre a empresa, não deu detalhes sobre a equipe e desafio que eu iria enfrentar, a recrutadora não foi nem capaz de ligar a câmera, e realmente ela falava EXTREMAMENTE rápido parecia video no youtube no 2.0, não sei se isso é realmente para sera assim como uma forma de identificar se você vai dar conta ou não do trabalho.

Overall the before starting the recruitment process it's worth mastering concurrency, DB(especially PostgresSQL), and transaction management. Company seems to be working mostly with Java, Kotlin and a little with Scala
I got contacted by a recruiter. As a first step, I had a call with another recruiter. He was also asking technical questions, but it felt strange. (A bit like talking to a wall.)
I was rejected with a generic message stating that I was not "aligned with the position". This is weird as it was inbound and based on my profile. No feedback, of course.
Waste of time.
Very kind. The questions weren’t easy, but with knowledge of database configurations, concurrency, locks, and some practical experience, you are able to answer them clearly, confidently, and effectively overall. It was good time.
