I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revolut (Boekarest, ) in Aug 2025
Interview
I was contacted on Linkedin to go to an interview. Went to the screen call that lasted 15 min, moved to the second interview - the cultural fit interview.
In their hiring guide the cultural fit interview was supposed to be 45 min, when I got the invite it was 30 min scheduled, but when the interview started the manager told me we only have 15 min.
In 15 min she asked me to present myself quickly, ask me 3 questions, present herself and more details about the job & leave room for me to ask 2 questions. For a cultural fit it was too quickly.
The manager that interviewed me had a poker face the whole interview until the end of it, but she was super respectful and considering, super professional and you could tell she is very good in her work and has very good work ethics.
Overall, the experience was ok, they are super transparent from the start with the salary, workload, etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q: tell me a situation when you faced a change.
Q: how do you prepare for a negociation that you must sign?
It was quick and good, and the interviewers were easy-going. The question for the first interview was about the experience, and they explained the role very well, experience and job desk, but there are several rounds for the interview

Question 1
Quick summary of your background
Why are you interested in this role?
Entretien en 6 étapes.
HR très perdue. C'est évident qu'il y'a un gros turnover. Ceux qui font passé les entretiens sont différents sales manager et senior qui ont pas que ça à faire et ça se voit.
The Revolut interview process was quite structured and performance-oriented. It included multiple stages focused on commercial mindset, communication skills, sales scenarios, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
There was a strong emphasis on ownership, adaptability, KPI-driven performance, and problem-solving. The process reflected the company culture very well — high standards, fast execution, and strong focus on results and scalability.
