Revolut Operations interview questions

The interview process started with very unclear direction I was sent a role with no further information about the role and salary. I was said that I can speak with a recruiter and get further information since the headhunter didn't know much about the role. When I got into the call with recruiter, I then realised that is essentially the first round interview. Anyway, I did ask my questions but towards the end the recruiter mentioned she felt interviewed. However, she decided to progress me and asked me to take an aptitude test. I gave the aptitude test within the stipulated timeline. I was told the next day that I have scored 92%ile and that I am rejected since the cutoff is 94%ile (40 questions to be done in 20 minutes) I am really glad this happened at the start of the interview process . I would never ever want to work for a firm that has such high-standards of rejecting on one variable.

The HR person that interviewed me join the meeting late, with training clothes (it seemed he has just arrived from a run) and did not pay any attention to me. Just after the meeting I receive a generic email saying that I was not suitable for the position.
